COVID-19 Protocol If you do not require any urgent physical exam, please consider booking a Telehealth consult. The doctor will call your number at the time of the appointment. If you have tested positive for Covid and you are experiencing symptoms that can be managed at home, the CDC recommends you stay there while recovering in self-quarantine. If you are trying to schedule a specific appointment type that is NOT listed as an option, please instead call the office to book in 250-370-9922 (e.g. pap tests, physicals, well-baby, etc). You can also mention "in person" or unlisted reasons in the description box and we will change the appointment on our end. Appointments are always limited to one concern per visit. Please note, we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations/changes. Late cancellations/no-shows are subject to a fee. Please create an account for each family member who is a patient at our clinic. We are not accepting any new patients as the practice is full. If you require medical attention while the clinic is closed, please visit your local walk-in clinic or closest ER.
