Welcome to the online booking system for Dr. Porter. Please be advise there are some restrictions to booking your appointment online. Please DO NOT book Pap test, Complete Physical Exams, Biopsy procedures or Form completion appointments under regular appointment. Complete Physical Exams ,Pap tests, Biopsy procedures and form completion's are done at certain times of the day. Please call the clinic to book these Exams. Please note if you are booking appointments on behalf of a family member or for a family, please call the clinic to book. All other appointments for prescription refills, illness, injections, results, and/or lab work are acceptable to be booked online. IF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET APPOINTMENTS MAY BE CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE.
