PLEASE DISREGARD THE "TIMES" when selecting your appointment day (for phone appointments).
"My Health Access" does not have a "queue" system so we set aside 5-10 phone appointment slots per day for Patients to reserve their place in queue for that day. You will receive a call from Dr. Sheth during clinic hours on the day you selected. If you miss his call, please call us back and we will put you back in queue.
Only IN-PERSON visits have set appointment times.
