**MyHealthAccess No Longer Available to Patients and Clinic Updates** Effective as of July 1st, MyHealthAccess will longer be available due to the recent change in our EMR system. Moving forward, all appointment reminders will go to patients email address listed on file. If you have recently updated your email address, please contact the clinic directly. Patient messaging will no longer be available, all inquiries and appointment booking must be made by telephone at 587-600-8158. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a detailed voicemail with your full name and inquiry and we will get back to in the order of call received. All consent forms and important clinical updates will completed through our new platform. You will no longer need to download an app, or sign up to receive these. All virtual telehealth appointments with Dr. Bushra will be held through Microsoft Teams Meetings.
