If secure messaging is required, please use the BRIGHTSQUID link provided to you. Our response time to MHA messages is currently 5 business days. If you have an urgent issue, please contact your Family Doctor before contacting our clinic. If you have prescription questions, please have your Pharmacist fax us at 1-844-840-2474. Medication refills currently are at 3-5 business days. Same day refills are no longer possible. Please check the MyHealthAccess app for your appointment status regularly. We make updates to appointments on a weekly basis due to complex issues that occur daily and timings are adjusted. If you cannot make the adjusted time to your appointment, please self-cancel and we will re-book you in 6-8 weeks. If you are a Migraine patient, we will be in contact to refer you out if needed. We have made new appointment categories to keep you updated. These categories were made to help you keep track of prescription refills and insurance paperwork status updates.
