We address barriers like stigma, cost, and wait times, making mental health support simple and inclusive. SayNo to Illicit Drugs (www.msayno.ca)– Empowering youth through education and awareness programs to prevent substance abuse. SoulServe Silver Gathering (www.soulserve.ca) – A social initiative fostering connections among older adults to combat loneliness and promote wellbeing.
