📢 We're pleased to announce that Dr. Adewole, our new Family Doctor, is now accepting new patients and booking Meet & Greet appointments! ONLINE BOOKING POLICY Online bookings are reserved for: Rostered patients, and New patients booking a Meet & Greet appointment Walk-in appointments cannot be booked online and will be cancelled automatically. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed and varies daily based on clinic volume. BOOKING FOR FAMILIES Please book a separate appointment for each family member so everyone can be seen in a timely manner. If more than one family member is registering, each person must create their own account using a unique email address and password — including children. Email addresses cannot be reused, and adding children or a spouse as dependents does not create an account for them. WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST VISIT Your first appointment with Dr. Adewole will be a Meet & Greet — an introduction and enrolment into the family practice. Medical concerns will not be discussed at this visit. Once your Meet & Greet and Enrolment Form are complete, you'll be able to book follow-up appointments to discuss medical concerns. One issue per appointment, please — this helps Dr. Adewole stay on schedule for all patients. APPOINTMENT POLICY No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 fee.
